about me
how did my passion for the development of physiological performance actually grow, why do i think that i can be a conducive and meaningful partner for sportspractical development and what drives me in that?
experience
as already mentioned: my passion for the human capacities to perform in a sports-practical environment grew over time. on my way to being a trained & examined sports therapist now, i tried various kinds of sports and collected multiple experiences relating to cognitive coordination and physical strain.
not just did i collected experience in rowing, but also practiced mixed martial arts, tennis, track & field and played football in the second highest league in berlin, the landesliga.
besides these experiences, i am a former soldier of the german luftwaffe, where i served in the infantry object protection.
with all these experiences my interest in physiological functionality grew with the fundamental question:
what possibilities are there to evolve human physiological performance, how to strive for a highest possible reliability of integral performance and how to actually 'design' athleticism?
education
to credibly meet my own ambitions, alongside my independent acquisition of in-depth knowledge across various sports-related contexts, i began several educational programs at a DEKRA-certified german educational institution in 2022, which i successfully passed through in late 2023. these qualify me as a sports therapist and elevate me to a high level within the German Qualifications Framework. while this doesn't allow me to perform the activities of a doctor or registered therapist, i am still deeply trained when it comes to sports-practical development, prevention, and rehabilitation.
passion
when i have to choose what inspires me the most in sports-related capacity it definitely has to be exceptional intermuscular coordinative movement in demanding circumstances like competition. to be inimitable precise in sportsituative requirements, be it on an amateur level or the professional level, is utter impressive to me.
due to this enthusiasm, my journey began about 8 years ago, at the age of 18, to understand the human body and develop its integral performance. if I can be a part of supporting athletes in their performance development - be it through knowledge transfer, application, or conceptualization - then I am more than satisfied.
