as a certified sports therapist with background in various sports and a passion for novel training approaches, i focus on strain management, control of intensity & recovery to help athletes, be it hobby, amateur or professional, achieve high performance effectively.

why trust ldrsky?

due to my sports-related past & my ongoing passion to understand the human capacities for physiological performance more & more i do think ldrsky is an effective partner to assist with striving onto your individual goals.
to clarify, why my sports-related past is an integral element in developing my ongoing passion for sports-practical capacities, i want to explain a little bit further in the 'about me' page.

proven + novelty = evolvement

when conceptioning individual programs and establish recurring routines to enhance fundamental athletic performance it is, at least for my understanding of ongoing physiological development, necessary to rely not just on proven and science-backed rudiments and techniques but also try implementations which are not that widely implemented.
to clarify: conducive training and conceptional rudiments for coordinative and recovery purposes inevitable for development should be mostly scientific proven but especially when it comes to mental and cognitive development i truly believe that not everything has to be scientificly researched since novel rudiments and innovation are just not proven everytime.

it could end as a missed opportunity of achieving an individual progressive adaptation if that novel implementation wasn't even tried

profound passion

when i have to choose what inspires me the most in sports-related capacity it definitely has to be highly conducive coordinative movement. to be inimitable precise in sportsituative requirements, be it on an amateur level or the professional level, is utter impressive to me.
due to that passion and my ongoing striving to understand physiological coordination as a whole i can say today that i developed over the last 7 years into an appropriate partner for sports-practical and physiological development
